Large Mezzanine Studio in Central Elephant & Castle

Studio space available in central Elephant & Castle, just a few minutes walk from the station. Located on the mezzanine level of arch 5, this self contained large studio is suitable for artists and makers. Studio has recently refurbished to a high standard and offers plenty of natural light. All members get 24/7 access and the studios are offered on a 3-month rolling contract. The services charge covers all utilities, high-speed WiFi, weekly cleaning of communal areas and refuse collection. Spare Street is a one of our permanent studio locations and benefits from a dedicated leased line internet which provides high-speed WiFi to all studios. All studio members are able to book our communal project space at our St John's location.
