Spaces suitable for fine artists, crafts, writers, designers. Non-Toxic Environmental building. Cafe and Gallery on site, outside areas, sales opportunities. Discounts for paying in advance of more than 3 months. 4 minutes walk Herne Hill Station, 12 minutes walk Brixton. Buses 3, 37, 68, 196, 322, 468 all 3 minutes walk.

We are in the process of designing and refurbishing more spaces, splitting up bigger rooms and they will be determined in size by individual inquiries and budgets. We are also in the process of re-branding and changing the management set up. During this process we offer the first two weeks free if booking for 6 months or more.
