This is an unshared, studio with large windows, on the third floor of a large studio community.

A large community of 65 Studios, housing artists with a wide range of practices. The building comprises 30,000 sq. ft. over four floors with excellent light.

Built originally as Poplar Technical College, ACAVA Limehouse Studios has been converted into 60 studios and workshops of various sizes, has a spacious car park and overlooks the Limehouse Cut, a straight, broad canal which links the lower reaches of the Lee Navigation to the river Thames.

This studio is on the third floor and has no lift or wheelchair access.
