Located just a five-minute walk from Hither Green station, V22 Firemaster provides affordable studios ranging from 75 to 1,000 sq ft. The site comprises of 87 studios across 3 floors, specialising in art studios and creative spaces as well as music recording, rehearsal and production studios.

Includes a secondary room that can be used as a clean space.
Ventilation system and 3-phase power available.
All of our studios have 24-hour access.
We do not provide live/work studios.

Costs:
There is a £16.67 service charge per month, per studio.
Individual electricity usage will be recharged according to the electricity meter readings: you pay what you use.
Internet is provided by D-Tech Solutions through a range of pay as you go packages, starting at £1.09.
We also offer shared licences to help further reduce costs.
