The south-facing studios benefit from large windows and natural light, with spaces ranging from 150 to 500 sq ft. Situated in an area once home to the highest density of artists’ studios in Europe, V22 is preserving this rich creative area.

All of our studios have 24-hour access.
We do not provide live/work studios.
There is a £16.67 service charge per month, per studio.
Internet is provided by D-Tech Solutions through a range of pay as you go packages, starting at £1.09.
We also offer shared licences to help further reduce costs.
