New Studio Spaces Available in Hither Green (ranging from 66 sq ft – 450 sq ft)

V22 Firemaster in Hither Green is a unique creative space housed within three interconnected buildings: a former bank, a fire extinguisher factory, and a light industrial warehouse.

Located just a five-minute walk from Hither Green station, V22 Firemaster provides affordable studios ranging from 75 to 1,000 sq ft. The site comprises of 87 studios across 3 floors, specialising in art studios and creative spaces as well as music recording, rehearsal and production studios.

Description:
We have a number of newly built studios in the building, ranging from 66 sq ft to 450 sq ft.
All of our studios have 24-hour access.
We do not provide live/work studios.
No natural light.
These studios are equipped with a full ventilation system to ensure a comfortable working environment.
Ground floor studios are available as music/recording space.
First floor studios are available for a range of creative practices.

Costs:
Service Charge: £16.67 per month
Individual electricity usage will be recharged according to the electricity meter readings: you pay what you use.
Internet is provided by D-Tech Solutions through a range of pay as you go packages starting at £1.09.
