Studio 21 is a 258 sq. ft. private workspace becoming available on 28 October at The Undercraft Studios and Community Hub in Gospel Oak, Camden. This fully accessible studio comes with natural light, central heating, and excellent WiFi, making it ideal for a range of creative practices.
Licence fee: £657.52 p/m – covers all utilities (central heating, excellent Wi-Fi, water, communal cleaning, maintenance and management)
Flexible terms: One month’s licence fee as deposit, rolling contract after the first two months, two months’ notice period.
