Studio 10, Proposition Shoreditch

Four of our popular open-plan basement studios are available at Proposition Shoreditch. Studio 10 is 129 sq ft. Ignore the very pink item in the photo - the studios are rented unfurnished.

Our very central building is accessible 24/7 and has WiFi. This space can be used by an individual artist, or artists who would like to share. There is a flight of stairs down to the basement studios, and Studios 8 and 9 are accessed through Studio 10. There is a toilet, microwave, fridge, sink and kettle on-site. The building itself is accessible by access code and key, but the studios themselves are open-plan without doors, which is reflected in the studio cost.

Location and transport
Our building is on Wheler Street, in the heart of Shoreditch. The studio is a 3 minute walk from Shoreditch High Street overground station, and 15 minutes from Old Street and Whitechapel underground stations. Buses which stop nearby include the 8, 26, 35, 47, 78, 135, 149, 205, 242, 388, N8, N26, N205, and the N242.

Studio rent includes utilities and WiFi.
