The studio is laid out as 3 communal rooms divided into individual spaces so everyone has their own desks, shelves etc (approx 2x2m per space) that they can customise and make their own. Additionally we have a communal recreation space with sofas & kitchen.
Our standard spaces are currently £290pcm. These fees include internet, heating, rates etc and VAT. We also currently we have some smaller available spots for £175pcm plus some sharing opportunities for £152.50pcm.
